Ninjas and Superspies is a Role-playing game by Erick Wujcik released in 1988 by Palladium Books, and uses the same game mechanics as their other releases. This game does not use Palladium's Mega-Damage system.

The game contains a large number of martial arts in game terms as well as mystic powers associated with some of these, alongside rules for playing spies and superspies with gadgets, cybernetics and other James Bond-esque toys.

While Ninjas and Superspies can be played as a stand-alone game, any material may be drawn from the game and used in other Palladium games. Using Ninjas and Superspies as supplemental material for other Palladium games, many overt gaps in the rules are filled, such as the inclusion of detailed martial arts and the creation of spy agencies, as well as a variety of secret agent subtypes, sorely needed but otherwise absent in popular Palladium games such as Heroes Unlimited or Beyond the Supernatural.
